All I can is wow. In the first picture, she is interviewing Jason McKie, Rod Wilson and Airese Currie. In the second picture, she is interviewing Tyler Everett (who?). Anyway her name is Inés Sainz and she works for TV Azteca, a Mexican television station. Here is a gallery of her pictures.
